Who We Are
Oktoberfest Live Bands is part of AMS Administration Ltd, based in Linby, Nottinghamshire. AMS Administration Ltd is responsible for the details you send through this site.
What We Collect
When you ask for a quote, we collect your first name, your email address, your mobile or WhatsApp number if you give it, your event date and your event location. We don't ask for anything else through the form.
Why We Collect It
We use these details to reply to your enquiry, to check which bands are free on your date and to send you quotes. We share your date and location with the bands we suggest so they can confirm they are free. Our basis for this is your request for a quote. Enquiries are stored in Keap, the customer system we use to manage enquiries and bookings.
How Long We Keep It
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any booking that follows, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your Rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Reply to any email from us, or write to info@oktoberfestlivebands.com, to make a request. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site doesn't set tracking or advertising cookies. Videos only load from YouTube when you press play, and YouTube's own privacy terms apply from that point.
